How HearMeQR works

From manufacturer batch QR provisioning to real-time analytics — five connected steps that turn packaging into a multilingual voice channel.

Print one QR, camera scans it, page plays audio in visitor's language

The five-step workflow

  1. 1

    QR code generation

Each product SKU receives a unique QR built from a randomised identifier — the permanent link between physical packaging and cloud content. Manufacturers can provision thousands of SKUs in one call via the batch API.

  2. 2

    Consumer scan

No app required. The code opens instantly in the visitor's browser. Language is detected from browser settings; visitors can also switch language and hear their preferred narration on the page.

  3. 3

    Voice delivery

Product content is retrieved from the database and passed to the voice engine. Standard languages use Google Text-to-Speech. Priority markets can use studio recordings by UK multilingual voice artists for culturally authentic narration.

  4. 4

    Content management

Brand managers update dosage, allergens, and safety warnings in the cloud dashboard. The printed QR stays the same; the message it delivers can change instantly.

  5. 5

    Analytics

Every scan generates data: volumes, language mix, geographic heatmaps, average listen time, and engagement rates — turning the QR from a passive label into an intelligence tool.
