Rollout
Implementation
Successful rollouts align content ownership, language strategy, and physical placement of the code. HearMeQR supports your publishing model; your team defines approvals and what ships to print.
Print & pack
Plan a compact square footprint on the order of 16 mm so the label stays unobtrusive and artwork remains on-brand. Contrast, quiet zone, and co-existence with other markings are agreed with your print partner - not mandated here as legal advice.
Auto-play behaviour
Mobile browsers have rules for auto-playing audio. HearMeQR is designed to start playback the first time the visitor arrives at the page from a scan, and provides clear pause/replay controls. We tune this for your category in the pilot.
Typical workstreams
- Content design and review of HTML (structure, contrast, alternative text for images).
- Voice and language list with sensible fallbacks.
- QR artwork in packaging or signage to agreed size and contrast standards.
- Editor training and a publish checklist.
- Privacy review covering scan logs and any analytics.
UK & Europe
HearMeQR is positioned for organisations subject to UK and European expectations on data protection and inclusive communication. Your privacy notices and contractual terms remain yours - we provide the operational tooling.
